"Let It Snow" Christmas Snow Globe Card with Polkadoodles Stamps

Today, I’m thrilled to share a fun and festive project—a snow globe-shaped card that perfectly captures the charm of a winter wonderland. Using the incredible Polkadoodles stamps, including this beautiful snow globe frame, I created a design that’s both playful and elegant for the holiday season.

The main feature of this card is, of course, the stunning snow globe frame stamp by Polkadoodles. This versatile stamp allows you to craft unique designs that are full of character. 

Here’s how I brought it to life:

1. I stamped the snow globe outline onto heavyweight white cardstock. Using alcohol markers and watercolors, I colored the base in bright red to add a festive touch. The inner scene features adorable hand-colored trees and a cheerful snowman, making it the perfect focal point.

2. For the background, I blended Distress Inks to create a vibrant winter sky, adding a few white splatters to mimic falling snow.

3. I fussy-cut the entire snow globe and layered it onto the card base for a 3D effect. The added baker’s twine around the base gives it a cozy, handmade look.

4. The sentiment “Let it Snow” is part of the stamp set and fits perfectly within the design. A few snowflake embellishments complete the look, giving the card a frosty, magical feel.
