No rain no flowers - tag

Hello!

Today, I'd like to show you another piece from the latest stamps collection by Polkadoodles. It's a tag decorated with flowers and a quote on a mixed-media background. The flowers were stamped on a background made with Distress Ink, kept in a blue tone. I'm thrilled with the possibilities these stamps offer.
